Studying and Test Taking

The Library is a Place of Learning

Some rules for making the best of your library experience:

  1. The library is a generally quiet space...please come here to focus and study.
  2. When you take a break, please talk quietly with your neighbors or move to the enclosed areas such as the Glass Room.
  3. The library is a great place to relax and watch a movie on the weekend.
  4. Ask, ask, ask...Do you need something?  Need some help?  Be sure to ask the librarians for assistance.
  5. The library has 30,000 books and other materials, 36 computers, wireless internet access, DVDs and videos.  Get your class materials here!
  6. You can find Learning Services and the Writing Lab at the top of the stairs in the library.
  7. We want YOU in the library, but not the mice.  Please eat in the Student Center or the Dining Hall.  Drop your apple cores and half-eaten sandwiches in the trash outside the front door.

Thanks, and we hope to see you in the library!
